Treasurer's Report: Deposits of $3,608, Expenses of $1,932, leaving an account balance of $4,779

Wayne Deckard asked for a volunteer to get electrical parts next week for wiring the remaining hangars for power; Michael Mossman volunteered.

Wayne Deckard: We have a new internally lighted windsock for the south end of the field. The FAA approved the field for night runway. We do not yet have adequate snow removal equipment.

Roy Dawes: We are waiting on the legal papers for fuel. We have a tentative agreement with a power line patrol company to store fuel for them. They will sell it to the members at cost, and pay the association a 2 cents per gallon premium for storage. They will also need access to a maintenance hangar for periodic maintenance of their aircraft.

Roy Dawes: Tractors won't start. Airport owners must supply snow removal equipment as part of the lease. They have been good about reimbursing us for tractor repair expenses.

Wayne Deckard: Do we want to install a drop ceiling in the operations building to reduce heat expenses? Also, watch out for water lines in the operations building. Since it is cold and people won't be coming out regularly there will be a risk that the water lines may freeze. We will need to keep the building heated to prevent bursting the pipes.

Michael Mossman was asked to make up a list of so that people can take options on hangars should any come open.

Wayne Deckard: All members need to fill out membership applications for our records. The FAA will need to review our list on an annual basis.

The meeting was informally closed.

Minutes respectfully submitted by Michael Mossman, Association Secretary

MINUTES ADDENDUM: Not discussed at the meeting but as requested by Wayne Deckard, there is an airport chores sign-up list on the chalkboard in the operations hangar. Members looking for something to do are asked to check the list and pick something that need done and do it.
