Roy Dawes: We need insulation over the celing in the operations building.

Gene Hollingsworth: About 16 rolls of fiberglass insulation should do it.

Roy Dawes will check with United Rentals to see if we can rent a hot pitch kettle.

Gary Rogers will check with highway department to see if we can borrow something to repair the runway.

We will need to borrow good blowers to clean out the cracks in the runway,

Gene Hollingsworth: We will need volunteers with weed eaters to clean out the dead grass.

Roy Dawes: Shorty Graves wants to move a motor home to the airport; claims he can function as a security guard during the winter months.

Gene Hollingsworth: I have no problem with it but it must be approved by the property owners.

Gene Hollingsworth motioned that Wayne Deckard contact the owners about their wishes regarding Shorty Graves living on the property; Roy Dawes seconded. All voted in favor. Motion passed.
