Wayne Deckard brought the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.

Wayne Deckard: Fuel is now $2.95 a gallon

We are expecting 2-3 inches of snow tomorrow. Gary Rogers is getting new spark plugs for the dump truck. Check the brakes, see if there is ice on the runway, check your engine heaters.

We are soliciting suggestions for this year's airport improvements.

Chad Williams: Treasurer's Report: $5,906.92 in the account. We paid Brentco $6,956 for fuel. The south fuel pump is faster than the north pump. Please use the north pump so that the south tank stays full for faster turn-around for Brentco.

All bills are paid, and we have no property rents due to the Hendersons from January through March.

We have to repair loose gravel on the runway. All lights in the maintenance hangar are now working. We also have a 10-foot step ladder.

If a member is having a hardship paying their bill, please bring it to the board for discussion.

Chuck Leucht: We have a new prop balancer. Charlie Westerfield, Chad Williams and Chuck Leucht made the tooling for it. The club has no expenses in the balancer, and it is for club members to use.

Roy Dawes: I am leaving my pickup truck on the property for members to use when needed. It can also be used as a crew car.

Chuck Leucht: We now have a working light on the work bench.

Wayne Deckard: Propane is coming for the operations building. Jason Wright can get a meter for $100. He will install it for free on the maintenance building. Michael Mossman motioned to buy it; Chuck Leucht seconded; all voted in favor. Motion to buy passes.

Michael Mossman: Do we want to start planning activities for the coming year? Poker Run, Fly-outs, etc.

Wayne Deckard: We talked at the Christmas Party about having some IFR classes here. Expect that they will be two nights a week for four weeks. Does the club want to spend the money for an IFR class? If we get 6-7 people signed up Wayne will set up a class. Michael Mossman will make a sign-up sheet.

Chad Williams: I motion to vote on a committee to review the Affordable Flying open house, that would be named at the February meeting. At the March meeting the committee will report on their recommendations. Gene Hollingsworth seconded; all voted in favor. Motion passed. Michael Mossman will make a committee sign-up sheet.

Audience question: Can we do a fly-in or land at Wright-Patterson Air Force base?

Chad Williams motions to adjourn; Wayne Deckard seconded; all voted in favor. Meeting adjourned.

Minutes respectfully submitted by Michael Mossman, Association Secretary
