Wayne Deckard brought the meeting to order at approximately 3:00 p.m. Wayne Deckard: here will be no Airport Appreciation Day open house this year. At our board of directors meeting the vote was three for and four against. We will still need to do cleanup and work around the airport.

Wayne Deckard: If you drive across the yards or park beside the airplanes in the grass you are leaving ruts in the grass that that makes mowing difficult. Until the ground is consistently dry, like in August, do not park or drive on the grass.

Wayne Deckard: Check for birds they are nasty this time of year and they are trying to get in anywhere to make a nest. Check your ropes and ties downs; your tie down anchors may be coming out the the ground. High winds often come up in the spring.

Wayne Deckard: The cable from the fuel system needs to be buried next week.

Wayne Deckard: The airport is officially full; all spaces are rented. If anyone wants in they need to call Wayne Deckard.

Michael Mossman: I will be posting a list of potential fly-outs on the activities board; sign up if you are interested in any of them.

Chad Williams' Treasurer's Report: $4,203.55 in the account and $300 in our reserve fund. Ray's Trash dumpster is no longer here; we are out of the contract. The larger dumpster will get picked up every other week. Tim Rich will bring out a Bobcat to help move loose stones.

Wayne Deckard: The taxiways are in bad repair. We will need volunteer crew to bust out the old cement, and it needs to be done during the week. We can get a minimum of three yeard of concrete at a time. Sidewalk with stone needs to be done. We should also plan on a drainage tile from the southwest corner of the maintenance hangar to the ditch.

Chad Williams to check the finances to see if we have enough money. We will need more gravel.

Steve McClure: Is there any interest in lighting the wind sock on the north end of the runway?; it helps define the north end of the grass runway at night.

Roy Dawes: We can run a trench form the runway light to the windsock and use 12-2 underground cable.

There are alswo some discussion about a solar-power light for the wind sock but no resolution.

Wayne Deckard: Steve McClure's wife is now taking care of the vending machines. Leave her a sticky note of any requests that you'd like to see stocked.

John Komnick: We have a new solo pilot; Bob Samuels soloed on Friday.

Jim Kouns: We are down to 1,000 gallons of fuel.

Wayne Deckard: The pipeliine people will be running 200 gallons a day now that the weather is good enough to patrol regularly. Try to get your tanks filled before we run out. And if you find cheap fuel somewhere else, put up a note about it for the rest of us here.

Chad Williams: Brentco's new policy is that they will not order fuel until the used-up load has been paid for. We will need to get our fuel bills caught up when we run out. We may still have a down time of a week or two before we get more fuel.

Chuck Leucht motioned to adjourn; Chad Williams seconded. All voted to adjourn.

Minutes respectfully submitted by Michael Mossman, Association Secretary
