Wayne Deckard brought the meeting to order at approximately 3:00 p.m.

Wayne Deckard: The airport property was listed in the notice of tax sale in the newspaper. The listing was incorrect; it really isn't this property. The Hendersons have assured us that this is taken care of.

Also, the property owners do not want everyone here to contact them. Please go through a board member (officer or director) so we can inform them officially and without a lot of repeats.

Wayne Deckard: We received a load of fuel on Tuesday. At this moment the price is unknown. Keep track of your consumption in gallons, then we will figure out the dollar amount when known.

All hangars are full. The Cessna 310 will be leaving on either a ferry flight or in annual within a week or two. We have 2-3 requests for hangars right now. If someone wants to move their airplane they need to contact the board for a resolution on how we will fill the empty space.

Wayne Deckard: Doc Saalwaechter had a mishap with his Bonanza and is looking for a plane during the rebuild process. If you have one or know of one, please contact him.

Michael Mossman to send a letter to all members, requesting suggestions on runway repair. We will need a volunteer work group for runway repair before Thanksgiving.

Chad Williams: We are now certified again with the state of Indiana for the full year. The state gave us a hit list of needed repairs. Steve McClure, Roy Dawes, Jim Kouns and I trimmed trees, etc.

Treasurer's Report: $3,854.78 in checking, with none of this due to Brentco for fuel. We made a $2,000 deposit in the savings account, catching up for several slow months. We have had several members work to get caught up on rent and fuel bills. We now have $3,016.15 in the savings account.

Michael Mossman: Last year we gathered at about 1 p.m. for Lee Bottom Field fly-out, departing as a group at 2 p.m. If you want to camp with the group you should plan on flying at the same time, otherwise you may get parked a long ways away. Also, please contact me so that we can pool seats and baggage, and I will distribute a list of planes with call signs, etc. Lee Bottom has a NOTAM posted on their website for procedures. There is no landing fee but they want $10 per plane for camping. If you want to eat their dinner you need to sign up online right away; last year they sold out quickly.

Wayne Deckard: The power companies now have new cables over the water, and they aren't marked yet. You will need to maintain altitude over the river and fly the recommended procedure.

Jimmy Laser will be taking his check ride on Friday.

Chad Williams motioned to adjourn; Steve McClure seconded. All voted in favor to adjourn.

Minutes respectfully submitted by Michael Mossman, Association Secretary
