Wayne Deckard brought the meeting to order at approximately 3:00 p.m.

Treasurer's Report: Chad Williams submitted a treasurer's report by email, stating that the club has $9,029.37 on account, with about $4,000 of that amount being fuel revenues.

Wayne Deckard led the group in a discussion of the club's bylaws and rules, with dissent on the process for accepting new members, assignment of hangars, and general behavior and conduct. The members in attendance consensus is that a new set of bylaws should be drafted based on compliance with 501c7 rules and State of Indiana requirements. Steve McClure requested that Michael Mossman serve as a "point man" to record and disseminate opinions and report the findings at the April meeting. Kristen Henke volunteered to generate a questionnaire that would be sent to all members requesting their input on proposing a new set of bylaws.

In other business, the club discussed making facility repairs to the following areas: blacktop on the ramp around the fuel pumps, repair of the roof of the maintenance hangar, remodeling the operations building bathroom, and getting new furniture for the operations building.

After discussion of facility repairs and replacement, Steve McClure motioned to adjourn; Kristen Henke seconded. All votes were in favor of adjournment.
