Michael Mossman brought the meeting to order at approximately 3:00 p.m.

Treasurer's Report: Chad Williams forwarded a report prior to the meeting that the club's cash assets are $5,334.30 in the checking account and $5,024.23 in savings.

Equipment Report: Steve McClure has the PTO working on the Ford tractor. Estimated expenses were only about $20 for parts. Parts have been ordered for the International tractor. Don Deckard mentioned that we used to have a bush hog mower for the Ford but its whereabouts are unknown.

Dog Roast Planning: Planned for October 7. No hay bales will be available this year; all attendees are requested to bring their own chairs. There is some wood available for the bonfire but more is needed. Michael Mossman has two logs that can be used if they can be cut up. Steve McClure will bring a chain saw. Chuck and Pam Leucht will buy the hot dogs and buns. Earl Brosman will clean the maintenance hangar; assistance would be appreciated. Jay Schaumberg mentioned that his business neighbor, Brewmaster Coffee, will allow them to buy supplies at cost.

Avgas Price: Current 100LL price is $5.50 to members. Price for high octane alcohol-free auto fuel is not reported. Members needing a key to the auto fuel tank are requested to contact Jim Kouns for a copy.

Crop Sprayer Operations: Don Deckard requested that the club contact the owner of the tractor trailer and ask if they are finished with their aerial spraying they can remove the trailer from the property. We do not have adequate parking for our members. Chuck Leucht recommended that we invite the sprayer company to the dog roast. The general consensus was that the invitation was a good idea.

Hangar Reassignments: Chuck Leucht had formally applied to move his aircraft to enclosed hangar six, which is currently vacant. Chuck asked about about payment of rents during a mid-month relocation; Michael Mossman recommended that he contact the treasurer and make arrangements. Jay Schaumberg and Mark Helton have formally applied to move to corner hangar 38 if if becomes vacant by Leucht moving. Schaumberg plans to bring a Beechcraft Sierra to the field; Helton would like to move his Cessna 150 to a corner hangar. Schaumberg will have seniority; Michael Mossman stated that the Sierra would have to fit in the hangar without endangering other aircraft before the move could be recommended. Wayne Deckard stated before the meeting that he is working to arrange a proper location for the Sierra.

Property Cleanup: Jay Schaumberg had petitioned the Boone County Area Plan Commission for guidance on cleaning up the property immediately east of the airport. Since the property is now annexed by the city of Lebanon, the Lebanon Plan Commission would have to issue an order. Members asked why they club would want to take on the job. Besides being an eyesore, the property is a haven to mice, rats, chipmunks and ground hogs, which are damaging aircraft and airport property.

Motion to Adjourn: Steve McClure motioned to adjourn; Earl Brosman seconded. Meeting adjourned.
