Treasurer's Report —Checking account $10,020, Savings account $13,028. All bills paid and up to date. We are close to running out of 100LL fuel and will need to repay our fuel investors.

Fuel Status — We currently have between 500 and 600 gallons of fuel at this time. We will be holding off on buying more fuel until we know the status on our offer and the future of the property. Members may need to source their fuel at other airports. Wayne Deckard would like to know if we could buy fuel from a distributor who would be willing to pump it out and buy it back if we needed to vacate. Chad Williams reported that the club may need to buy a new fuel probe, which costs about $1,400. If any members need to know how to read the monitor system they should contact Chad, who will show them how it works.

Fuel Bills — The owner of the aircraft will be responsible for hangar rents and fuel bills associated with the aircraft. If a member is buying fuel for another airplane, the members buying the fuel should record the purchase on his/her own ticket.

Property Purchase — Tom Rich has tendered an offer of $350,000 to the property owners for the 32 acres (more or less) for the airport property. We would also like to buy some more land for expansion. The offer has not been accepted. At their last meeting the owners told Tom that they believe they will get more money for the property at auction. They have promised a reponse, and their secretary has returned our calls but has not given us any updates on our offer. We believe that if there is another buyer interested in the property we might have the opportunity to buy or lease the airport land from the new buyer.

Government Interest — Jay Schaumberg has been talking with the mayor of Lebanon and the county councils about their interest in acquiring the airport; we have no update on those meetings.

Airport Lease — Our lease agreement gives us 90 days' notice if the club needs to vacate should the property be sold to another buyer.

Airport Equipment — Erick Roldan was able to get the lighted wind sock from Home Hospital donated to the club. We will use it to replace the wind sock and stand on the maintenance hangar, as that belongs to Wayne Deckard. We will need a new sock that fits the new frame.

Maintenance Hangar — Still available to all members, the price is $10 per day, whether used for all or part of the hangar, all or part of a day. There is a sign-up reservation sheet in the operations building.

Fly-Ins — Some members of the club would like to organize a simple ice cream fly-in during the warmer months. Some members would like to have an event like our dog roast to happen in the spring. Chad Williams does not want the club to spend a lot of time and effort on planning an event until we know whether or not the club will be able to continue at the airport.

Adjournment — Steve McClure motioned to adjourn; Gene Hollingsworth seconded. All voted in favor of adjournment.
