Property Purchase — Chad Williams spoke with the property owners. Everything is on hold until they return to town in 7-10 days. The airport property is still not listed but they have promised to keep us in contact about any progress. The good news is that there is no bad news.

Property Lease — Our lease for the airport property has a termination clause of 90 days.

Treasurers Report — $7,004 in checking, $18,028 in savings. Our liability to the fuel investors is about $10,500. All bills are paid.

Transactions — Charles Rice estate Cherokee 180 sold to Indy Aero. It is expected to leave this month but if sold to a new owner it may stay. Tom Rich bought a Rockwell Commander and may sell his Piper Warrior but no decision on that yet. Bill Wagner bought a FliteStar ultralight. Wayne Deckard bought a Cessna 150. The club has a website; if any members would like to list their aviation-related items they may do so at no cost. Forward any information to Michael Mossman.

Property Maintenance — The transition between the concrete and asphalt along the taxiway will need to be repaired with cold patch.

Maintenance Hangar — The maintenance hangar is available for members to use at $10 per day, which is chargable whether or not a full day is used. Earl Brosman would like to be the permanent tenant of the maintenance hangar and has proposed that he share it with users. No action has been taken on this.

Fuel Status — About 300-400 gallons of avgas are available. We owe our fuel investors about $10,500. John Saalwaechter motioned to fill the fuel tanks, Dick Gurley seconded. All voted in favor. Chad Williams will contact the fuel supplier and place the order.

Fuel System — The fuel monitoring system is working. If you need to "stick" the tanks we have a paste to put on the stick that will turn violet if there is any water in the tank. Our tank service inspection is due at the end of this year.

Meeting Program — John Saalwaechter would like to see a program on iPad applications for aviation use. Chad Williams will put it on the meeting agenda.

Fly-Outs — Purdue Pancake breakfast Saturday, April 13. Meet at 8:30, wheels up at 9.

Adjournment — Steve McClure motioned to adjourn; Charles Westerfield seconded. All voted in favor of adjournment.
