Old Business — None

• Thank you to Bill Wagner who provided food for the meeting. A signup sheet for members to volunteer to bring food is on the clubhouse desk.

• A sheet to document the needs and wants is on the clubhouse desk so that the members can note their ideas. We will discuss and prioritize them at the next meeting.

• The Association needs two volunteers, one to coordinate the mowing and another for snow plowing. The Association owns the equipment to both remove snow and mow. These volunteers will be the go to people responsible to assure that the needed grounds maintenance is accomplished. If you would like to volunteer, please call Chad.

• The snow plow has been fixed. Roy Dawes did an excellent job fixing the truck. To complete the repair, two additional tires are required. Thank goes to Don Deckard for his assistance with this project.

• If anyone know the location of the engine preheater that was provided by Doc Saalwaechter would you please notify Chad. Currently it is still missing.

New Business

• Boone County Airport Association has been in existence for 10 years. We will talk next month about the appropriate anniversary celebration event.

• The snow blower has been repaired thanks to Charlie Westerfield and Chad Williams and is back in the maintenance hanger

• Gary Helton reported that the surplus army vehicle that has been turned into a snow plow at Putnam County is on loan from the Sheriff's Department who obtained it as military surplus. We need to check with the Boone County Sheriff's department.

• There is currently $6,094 in the checking account and $7,030 in two savings account (general and fuel).

• Due to the snow plow repair and propane gas refill, the association is currently $600 behind budget. This is a negative swing of $1,600 from last month.

• We will get additional vehicle gas. While the tank is empty, a suggestion was made to investigate the locking mechanism. Gene Hollingsworth was volunteered to investigate.

• Gene Hollingsworth moved and Bill Wagner seconded that the meeting be adjourned.

• The club passed by majority vote the following new rule as proposed by Michael Mossman and Chad Williams:

1a. Written and dated notification in advance of vacating (with verifiable date) be given to the club of last date of hangar occupancy

or

1b. Verbal or email notification be given to two club officers;

And ...

2. Hangar is fully vacant and ready for the next occupant. That includes not only removing the airplane completely from the property but also removing all other non-affixed objects and personal property.
