New Members — Tommy Welsh has paid his membership application fee but as of meeting date his application has not been on file. William Roe is a new member with an ultralight.

2015 Elections — Slate of Candidates: Chad Williams, president; John Saalwaechter, vice president; Dick Gurley, treasurer; Michael Mossman, secretary; Earl Brosman, Chuck Leucht and Ray Rice, directors. Bill Dampier, who was on the board last year, will not be running this year. The club will still be accepting nominations for officers and directors up until the time the ballots are mailed out. Members will still have an opportunity to write in candidates.

Mowing Report — Steve McClure has proposed to the club that he will handle 100% of the mowing, snow removal and equipment repair in exchange for hangar rent on his two spaces. Current rents are $205 monthly. if he is able to move into one of the new hangars he will make up the difference. Steve will have access to the airport owner's equipment for mowing and snow removal, if necessary. Chuck Leucht motioned to accept the proposal, Jay Schaumberg seconded. The majority present voted in favor, none voted in opposition. The arrangement will be effective June 1, 2015.

Fuel System Report — Earl Brosman reports that Sheridan Airport will no longer be selling aviation fuel and may have some pumps available. One has a card reader available for $500. The older underground fuel tank on the property gets inspected every three years, while the newer tank gets inspected every five years. During the last inspection both tanks looked good.

Club Equipment — The computer has been moved into the main Operations Building room, while the non-working computers have been moved to the back room.

Property Maintenance — Earl Brosman and others cleaned the gravel off of the ramp. John Saalwaechter has some weed killer for the hard surfaces.

Hangar Availability — A corner hangar has become available, and three members have applied for it. Chad Williams mentioned the club rules for applying for the space and recommended that the club modify the rules for moving aircraft by recognizing seniority by when the aircraft was based on the field if the member has more than one aircraft, not by membership seniority. Chad will make it a motion to be voted on during the July meeting.

Adjournment — Michael Mossman motioned to adjourn the meeting; Chad Williams seconded. The meeting was adjourned.
