President's Report — Chad Williams presented a brief summary of the club's year and of the present status and future of Boone County Airport.
Treasurer's Report — Dick Gurley reports that the club has $6,944 in the checking account, $3,932 in the savings account and $3,538 in the fuel account. All bills to date are paid.
Adjournment — After the brief presentations the business meeting was informally adjourned.

January's meeting was held at the Pit Stop Barbecue & Grill in Brownsburg, during the annual after-the-holiday's party. Club President Chad Williams brought the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
