Thank You's — Ray Rice thanked the volunteers for their many contributions to the club and property. Special thanks were offered to Chuck and Pam Leucht for their efforts in the Fly-In and the Popsicles and Planes event.

New Members — Matt Kreich bought a Cessna 150, joined the club and has brought the aircraft to the field.

New Aicraft — In addition to Matt Kreich's Cessna 150, Don Geisler bought a Cherokee 180 and brought it to the field. The Cherokee will be used for the aviation scnolarship program.

New Ratings — Ray Rice earned his instrument rating in the past month.

Club Equipment — Steve McClure has a picnic table for the club's use. He is getting it painted.

Hangar Door Report — Earl Brosman reports that after building one sample door, the materials cost will be about $975 per hangar space, not counting labor. The club needs to anticipate that the labor costs will be about $500 per space. The first buildiing to be enclosed (building four) has four spaces that need doors, and we already have three commitments, so the club needs one more commitment to start the project. Michael Mossman is to send an email message to members asking for one more commitment.

Treasurer's Report — Account balances as of the end of September: Checking $5,713; savings, $3,127; Fuel Savings, $5,656. All bills were paid as of the meeting date.

Drone Club — No new information was presented on forming a drone club at the airport.

Fuel Report — Indiana Department of Environmental Management is due to visit on October 20 to check on the removed fuel tank. Once they have passed the tank, we will fill in the hole with dirt. Don Geisler bought a 3,000-gallons above ground fuel tank and will have it installed after the old tank is gone. The club recently received a partial load of 100 LL avgas. Price is currently $4.00 per gallon.

Club Marketing — The club is looking to market to a smaller radius to attract aircraft owners to the field. we will need the postcard updated. John Saalwaechter motioned to budget up to $250 for this renewed marketing effort. Mark Rinehart seconded; all voted in favor.

Adjournment — Bill Wagner motioned to adjourn; Eark Brosman seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 5:28 p.m.
